Percy has over 30 years of experience in community and economic development and financial services. Prior to joining Black Rhino Financial Group, Percy has held several leadership positions in both the areas of finance and marketing for several financial institutions. Having served as the Assistant Vice President and Bank Manager of Associated Bank he modeled and coached behaviors that increased sales, and developed and executed strategic plans to achieve goals. Percy also previously held the position of Assistant Vice President and Community Affairs Officer at Fifth Third Bank where re-established and established new relationships with several community based organizations including, Women’s Self Employment Project, Elgin & Freeport Neighborhood Housing Service, Greater North Pulaski Development Corp and Chicago Community Ventures. He holds an A.S. of Science in Business from Highland Community College, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Western Illinois University. Percy also holds several professional diplomas from Bank Marketing Association School of Bank Marketing, Illinois Bankers Association Bankers Management School and American Bankers Association National School of Compliance.
